About CMEV
Built to move India's commercial economy forward.
CMEV is an integrated mobility infrastructure company — designing, deploying and operating the systems that make electric commercial transport viable at scale.
Our Mission
To make commercial mobility reliable, efficient and sustainable by integrating charging, energy, software and operations into a single coherent system.
India's commercial transport sector moves goods, people and livelihoods across 3.3 million kilometres of road. Electrifying it is not a product problem — it is a systems problem. CMEV was founded to solve it.
Our Story
CMEV was established to address a structural gap in India's EV transition: the absence of an integrated infrastructure layer for commercial mobility. While passenger EVs found early adopters, commercial fleets — trucks, buses, last-mile vehicles — remained stranded between fragmented charging networks, unreliable energy supply and software that could not talk to hardware.
Our founders brought together experience from power systems, logistics, enterprise software and infrastructure finance to build what the market lacked: a company that could own the full stack — from grid connection to fleet dispatch — and make it work as one.
Today, CMEV operates across six capability domains: charging infrastructure, electric commercial mobility, energy systems, mobile charging, Mobility OS and sustainable freight. Each domain is designed to function independently and integrate completely.
What We Stand For
Systems thinking
We design for integration, not isolation. Every component is built to connect.
Operational rigour
Infrastructure must work when it is needed. We hold ourselves to uptime, not aspiration.
Long-term accountability
We build for decades, not quarters. Our commitments outlast any single project.
Transparent partnership
Our clients and partners know what we are building, why, and what it will cost.
Leadership
CMEV is led by a team with deep roots in infrastructure, energy and enterprise technology.
